The potential need for remedial works on, for example corroded steel, perishing silicone joints or cracking render can be comprehensively assessed using our three step inspection system:

Using digital imaging from the ground level, our technicians photograph and map all areas on the structure to be inspected.

Using industrial rope access methods our technicians’ abseil the structure photographing faults, defects and dangers. Each photograph has a reference number. This number is marked on the map.

Once the inspection is completed TRA supplies the client with the report document, where each individual defect is highlighted via photographic representation that can be easily referenced via the site map.

TRA’s report document gives the client an invaluable close up visual representation of the inaccessible areas on their structure. These documents can be tailored to small or large scale projects.
